Joint work on tasks
Using the Scheduler, joint work on tasks is now possible. The new functionality will make it easier to plan work – as all workers will have their time recorded on the planner. This will help to improve collaboration and reduce unnecessary communications, as all workers will get information about the task on their mobile devices.
The functionality works so that there is always exactly one task bearer (the main contractor) on the task, while the rest of the team members are the so-called assistants. Even though there are several people, the execution time remains the same for all team members. First, the dispatcher assigns the task to the main contractor and adds the assistants. The main contractor can then edit and fill in all the necessary information of the task. The assistant can see the tasks on the mobile device and the content of each task but cannot fill in the data (time recording for assistants will also be available in the next version).
All the changes will be available from today on.
As always, you can update the Mightyfields app directly from the App Store or Google Play.
