Growing fast is great, until…

Before introducing MightyFields Solar to JB Energija, the company faced the challenge of coping with the rapid surge in market interest for their services. Despite the relatively straightforward implementation of many projects, the team had to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations, involving numerous individuals who all required comprehensive information about client agreements. Of the team involved, most of the team was subcontracted.

This placed a significant burden on the dedicated JB Energija team, who are primarily concerned with ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality services to their clients. Managing communication (internal and with the client) and documentation on these projects took a lot of time and energy. At the same time, it was challenging to review the quality of the implementation.

Standardized process

Solar power plants installation process (5 stages with automated data flow) ensures consistency across every project, team, and team member. Even if a worker is onboarded only to the last stage of the process, they will get all the information from the previous stages available at the site. Being informed about all the detailed agreements with the client from any stage of the process results in high-quality service delivery and increased client satisfaction.

Neat and rich documentation

Each stage consists of reported data (based on best-practice data capture templates adapted to the specific needs of JB Energija) in documents, branded for JB Energija, some defined for reporting internally, others for reporting to the client. The documents include (edited) photos, scanned barcodes and all the data instantly available from the installation site to anyone needing it.

Quality client communication

JB Energija has decided to automatically send the clients some reports (by JB Energija email, standardized in MightyFields Solar). That is how they prevent misunderstandings both internally and with clients. The project is now better defined and communicated to the client.

Overview of the projects and their data

Now, the data on all the (active and finished) projects is available in one place. The JB Energija team does not only need it for quality assurance and smooth client and internal communication but also for possible warranty claims, maintenance phase and historical clarity.
