Our team has been busy lately making the dispatching of tasks easier and planning more efficient. How exactly? With a new module in our MightyFields platform. Now, we are excited to announce the release of the new module, MightyFields Scheduler!

Let’s look at more carefully at each step of planning and scheduling tasks with MightyFields.

#1 Manage tasks for the field workers

You will have an overview (list) of all manually created tasks or received from ERP system waiting to be assigned on the left side of the screen.

You will be able to manually create new task or add new external task (vacations, sick-leave, company meeting) into user‘s calendar.

Also, you will be able to select form for the specific task, enter task name and add additional information via „description“ (e.g. dorbell not working,  call customer when there). In case of integration with ERP information this data  can be automatically populated.

Besides that you can set time preferences for specific task: date and time are not set – task can be executed anytime or date and time range is know – task must be executed within selected range (e.g. customer will be home only on 22.1.2020 from 09:00 – 11:00). If you set a date time to fixedthen task must be executed on specific time (e.g. customer will be home on 22.1.2020 at 11:00).

#2 Plan the work for technicians

You will be able to see a list of all workers and overview of all tasks on the timeline.

You can drag and drop the tasks to specific time slots. There is overlapping control is integrated.

Once you are happy with the daily schedule, you can distibute all tasks at once with a click on the button “Distribute selected tasks”.

When you slide through the task, you will be able to see the information about the task.

When urgent tasks emerges, you will be able to send urgent messages to field workers and force an update of schedule.

#3 Real-time overview of all tasks

You will have a complete overview of worker‘s calendar and status of each task, in real-time!
