Solution Usability testing
You test the solution with a limited number of users to collect preliminary feedback and identify potential improvements.
Week 4
Solution finetuning and know-how transfer
We finetune the solution based on identified improvements from Usability testing.
Final Know-how transfer workshop to empower your key users.
