Use any Digital Report Template—anytime, anywhere.

Until now, reporting from the field relied on templates assigned by the back office. With Ad-Hoc Reports, your teams can now:

  • Select any custom digital template
  • Start reporting instantly from the mobile app
  • Automatically link reports to a specific project
  • Access project-tailored PDF reports in the project Documentation

No waiting. No paperwork. Just accurate data where and when it matters.

How it works?


1st: Create Digital Templates

Use our drag-and-drop designer to create tailored report forms—or let us build them for you. For instance, incident reports, construction logs, HSE reports, maintenance or any additional work reports.

2nd: Enable Field Teams

Assign templates to your team or subcontractors. They can open a new report from the mobile app, pick a project, and start reporting. Done.

3rd: Centralize Documentation

All submitted reports are automatically added to the project’s documentation tab in the Solar Dashboard. Filter by date, report type, or user—get the data you need, fast.
