1. MightyFields Vegetation Management Solution

MightyFields Vegetation Management Solution is a set of apps and services consisting of:

MightyFields Office App

Cloud-based web application supporting office workers to plan, schedule, and monitor fieldwork in the Span Vegetation Management Process:

1. Manage span list, documentation, and teams. It includes:

  • Span list management dashboard
  • Team management module
  • Field Task management module

2. Manage the content of digital templates and dataflow with Mighty Field Experience Designer. It includes:

  • Span Vegetation Management best practices templates (workorders and reports)
  • No-code template designer
  • Integration designer (RestAPI)
Technical requirements for MightyFields Office App:

MightyFields Office App is a cloud-based web application optimized for operating on a PC with Internet access. It works within Edge, Chrome, and Firefox web browsers.

MightyFields Mobile App

Mobile app used by field workers to communicate with office workers and collect data from sites. It includes Span Management Templates.

Technical requirements for MightyFields Mobile App:

To use the mobile application, the Client needs an appropriate device (smartphone or tablet) and an internet connection (3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi) at the first login and each time for synchronisation of the acquired data.

The mobile application is compatible with mobile devices which have at least the following specifications:

  • Operating system: Android 10 or later; IOS 15 or later.
  • Internet connection: at least a 3G network or a WIFI Internet connection.
  • Device capabilities: 1 GHz quad-core or more powerful processor; RAM 2 GB or more; internal data memory of at least 4GB or more; touch screen.

Standard implementation activities

Standard implementation activities are the following:

  1. Onboarding Workshop: A total of two hours of remote workshops (typically divided into two one-hour sessions) designed to collect the Client’s specific business needs and provide knowledge transfer to empower key users to utilize the platform effectively.
  2. Set up of Client’s production environment in the cloud.

2. Additional professional services

The Client can also order additional professional services, such as:

Preparation of Additional Templates: Should the Client require additional work order or report templates, the MightyFields team can prepare these templates on their behalf. Alternatively, the Client can create templates independently using the Mighty Designer module within the MightyFields Office App.

Custom Development Services: The Provider offers tailored development services to meet the Client’s unique requirements, such as adding specific features within or outside the MightyFields Apps. Examples include unique data capture features to enhance field team efficiency or custom dashboards to support specific data collection processes.

Integrations: For an optimized experience with the MightyFields solution, the Client may integrate the platform with their CRM, ERP, or other systems. These integrations can be implemented by the MightyFields team. Alternatively, the Client may configure integrations independently using the Mighty Designer module within the MightyFields Office App.

The MightyFields Office App is designed to enable Clients to design additional templates and integrations by themselves. Nevertheless, the Provider is always there to support the Client’s needs by providing professional services or to provide knowledge transfer via workshops.
