In collaboration with Dekor Senčila, MightyFields is driving sustainability and efficiency in manufacturing through two EU-funded initiatives: the Optimisation of Profile Painting Process and SmartForms Integration. Both projects are supported by the greenSME open call and funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme (GA 101058613).
Optimisation of Profile Painting Process
This project introduces a digital tool for optimising the painting process for sunblinds and mosquito nets, helping to:
- Reduce paint waste through efficient order batching
- Lower energy use by optimising machine operations
- Cut costs and emissions through streamlined logistics
SmartForms Integration
This project replaces paper-based processes with digital forms, fully integrated into Dekor Senčila’s ERP system and the MightyFields platform, resulting in:
- More accurate data and fewer errors in the field
- Reduced costs through automation
- A smaller carbon footprint by eliminating paper and reducing transport
