- How do I sign in to MightyFields Studio?
You can reach the MightyFields Studio web app through your favorite browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.) at https://studio.mightyfields.com/.
- How do I enter the MightyFields app on a mobile device?
There are several ways of entering the MightyFields App:As a registered user you can enter the MightyFields App via your browser at https://app.mightyfields.com or from MightyFields Studio – Go to the MF App in the main navigation menu. You can enter a digital form/procedure as an unregistered user via the URL provided when creating the form/procedure. This URL can then be sent via e-mail or embedded on your web page. A typical example of a web page form would be a contact form.
- Do I need coding knowledge to create forms?
You don’t need any coding knowledge to create digital forms. Creation of forms in MightyFields is very easy, with a drag-and-drop builder, therefore you don’t need any coding experience to create a customised form.
- Do I need coding knowledge to create customised reports?
MightyFields offers you a software wizard which allows you to create many reports for one set of data collected in the field. However, in this instance you will need some html and CSS knowledge to create reports.
- Can you create reports and forms for us?
Yes, we also offer a service for the of creation of forms and reports, which includes giving advice on how to make them as optimised and user-friendly as possible, based on the information about your specific business processes. For more information, contact our Mighty team.
- How can forms and reports be connected to each other?
Each form template can have many reports automatically distributed to the relevant E-mails with data collected in the field. For example, after each item of work done in the field, one report will be sent to your client and one will be sent to a supervisor or other responsible person.
- Are there many levels of users?
Firstly, only those who have their unique Username, which consists of an E-mail and Password, have access to Mightyfields Studio and the App.
Users with full access (Admins) can access MightyFields Studio from where they can create forms, edit forms, and dispatch cases.
Users with limited access (Users), only have access to the mobile App and web App, where they can fill out forms and see all the cases dispatched to them on a list. They can filter the cases by status,
- Is it possible for other people to complete the forms if they don’t have a user name and password?
This is possible, with public forms you have the option to use it as a standalone link, or to embed it directly into your website. A user doesn’t need to be signed in to a MightyFields web app.
- Does every field worker need their own username and password?
Yes, the most practical solution is that each person has a username and password. This is how you can track the work done by each field worker /user in the field.
- We would like to integrate this with our CRM, ERP or other back-office system. What are the possibilities for integration?
REST API Web service is the default integration approach in MightyFields. Nevertheless, we are also open to other options such as WSDL database integration, and we have experience with such projects, but it should be noted that this increases the workload on our side.
- Where can API specifications be found?
You can find API specifications at https://api.mightyfields.com/, and there is also the possibility of custom-made APIs, if required.
- Do I need an internet connection to use MightyFields on my mobile device?
No, you don’t need an internet connection all the time. An internet connection is required only during data synchronisation. After all the data is synced to a mobile device, you can use the mobile App offline. When the device is online again, all data will be synced automatically.
- Is it possible to test the MightyFields platform?
Yes, we give a demo version to our clients upon individual request, although we also recommend having an introductory meeting with our sales representatives to get to know each other better and for us to be able to advise you on creating your own forms and reports.

- How much does it cost to use the MightyFields platform?

- Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes, the minimum number of users is 15.
- Is customer support included in the price?
Customer support is included in the price. It is available from 8.00am to 4.00pm CET / Central European Time every working day. You can contact our team at support@mightyfields.com.
- What security measures do you take?
MightyFields takes the security of your data very seriously. All connections between users, platform and components of the platform are encrypted and we use HTTPS protocol.
When transferring data from a mobile device, the integrity of the data is additionally checked with hash.
Besides that, we perform outsourced security screening of the MightyFields platform. For API authentication, a TOKEN or username/password is used.
- Is there any backing up of data?
We do a backup of data every night. The data is stored in Google Cloud, in Europe.
- Can I use the forms on my website?
When you publish your public form, you’ll have the option to use it as a standalone link, or to embed it directly into your website. Embedding simply requires you to copy and paste the embedding code we provide.
- Is there a possibility of local installation – can we use an existing micro VPN system for secure data exchange?
General the answer is YES, if you have the capability of installing mobile VPN clients on your mobile devices. Distribution of the app is via the existing Mobile Management System.
APK distribution is possible via the Mobile Management System, we can provide you with a signed or unsigned version of the APK /iOS app package.
- Is there a possibility of customization of the Mightyfields platform?
Yes, we can add new functionalities, or customise our platform at your request. Please contact our sales team for more information.
- Can we have the application in another language apart from English and Slovenian?
We can provide label keys in English while you provide the required local language, and after this import of the new language is completed on our side, we would expect that the testing of the translation in the application is done from your side.

- Are there any restrictions regarding PDF files?
The standard product does not have the ability to store catalogues and access them in the field. In the case of a job / dispatch assignment, a PDF file can also be attached. The PDF file size limit is 2MB due to faster closed case synchronisation.
